Thanks for purchasing! You are free (and encouraged!) to share screenshots or mockups of your self-made home screen setups.
You are not permitted to redistribute, modify, or resell any source files from this icon collection.

1.0 Introduction

These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you, the customer, and Nate Wren Design (“us”, “we”), governing the use of our website and our downloadable digital products, including the content therein (“Products”). Your purchase, download, or use of our Products constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase, download, or use any of our Products.

2.0 License and Use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and use the Product for personal use only—such as customizing your own devices (e.g., iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).

You may not:

  • Use any Product for commercial purposes or client work.

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, distribute, or otherwise make the Product available to others, whether modified or not.

  • Modify, edit, or alter the Product for redistribution.

  • Upload or include the Product in any other collection, bundle, app, template, or package—free or paid.

You agree not to use the Product in any way that could be detrimental to Nate Wren Design or its reputation.

3.0 Intellectual Property

All Products, whether modified or not, and all related intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Nate Wren Design.
You shall not claim ownership of, or attempt to register, any intellectual property rights related to the Product.

4.0 Refunds and Chargebacks

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. Once a Product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
Refunds may be offered at our sole discretion.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks through your payment provider.
We reserve the right to update pricing or terms at any time.

5.0 Warranties and Liability

All Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
Nate Wren Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms.

6.0 Email Communication

By purchasing, you agree to receive occasional product update or reminder emails.
Your email address will never be shared or sold to any third party.

7.0 Expedited Icon Design

Expedited custom icons created at your request may be included in future icon pack updates.
If clarification is needed on your request, the designer may contact you; in such cases, the 48-hour delivery window may be paused until confirmation is received.

8.0 General

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nate Wren Design regarding the supply of downloadable digital products.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
