INITIATING A REFUND

To return an item, email your customer service at nate@natewren.com or use the contact form here to request a refund and I’ll be happy to process it for you. Please also include your order number in the email. There are no fees involved in the refund process.

 

METHOD OF REFUND

Refunds are returned to the same form of payment used at purchase.

 

EXCEPTIONS

In the following situations, items cannot be refunded:

If the product was purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

If the commercially licensed product has been used in an End Product that has been distributed to users.
