You purchase your domain name (like yourbusiness.com) from a registrar such as Namecheap. This ensures you always own your web address and can move your site anytime.

This is the only thing you need to buy yourself.

I host and manage your website

Instead of overpaying for big-name hosts like GoDaddy or WP Engine, I host your site on a fast, modern AlumaLinux VPS server and handle all the technical setup for you.

If you need additional work beyond the included hour, it’s billed at my freelancer rate of a flat $75 per hour, tracked in 15-minute increments. No surprises and no inflated agency rates.

Unused time does not roll over, but most clients find the included hour covers the small updates they’d otherwise put off.

Website host vs. domain registrar?

A website host is where your website actually lives — it stores the files and serves your site to visitors.

A domain registrar is where you purchase and own your website’s name (like yourbusiness.com).

Think of your domain as your address, and your hosting as the house at that address. You can move your website (the house) to a different host at any time, but you should always keep ownership of the address.

That’s why I recommend clients purchase their domain, while I handle the hosting and maintenance separately.

Do you include domain name registration?

Nope. You should always own your domain name directly so you can move hosts at any time if needed. I recommend Namecheap as a registrar, and I’m happy to help you configure it.

Do you include email hosting?

Email hosting is available as an add-on. Many clients prefer dedicated email providers for better reliability and spam protection.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.

Do you provide backups?

Yes. Websites are backed up daily, and backups can be provided upon request.

Will you migrate my site from my current host?

Yes. Site migration is included with your first payment. I’ll just need access to your current host and domain registrar.

What if I want to move to a different host?

Nothing is locked in. If you’re unhappy with the service or my work, I’d be sorry to see you go but I’ll give you all of your website backups so you can move to a different host or web developer.
